		<description>This is really excellent that you're putting this site up.  I came to great beer by way of great food, and I'm often torn with how beer pairs with more delicate foods as I've always been more of a wine fan until recently.  It seems most beer dinners are always heavy typical brewpub fare because let's face it, you don't generally see scallops or foie gras torchon on the menus.

Anyway...I hope to be proven quite wrong and look forward to seeing your pairings and reading the blog.</description>
