Our Complete Beer Dinner Menus have been professionally prepared by Chef Scott Clagett of Boulder, Colorado. Each one includes the recipe, beer pairing and tasting notes for a full eight course meal for 8-10 people. Invite your friends over and try them out. Then make sure to let us know what you think!

A Beer Dinner is typically a four to eight course meal where a different style of beer is served with each course. Each beer is specifically paired with that course by the chef because the taste and flavors of the food and beer compliment each other.
