		<description>I have gout.  Good cooking or dining with beer is a trick, but, learning the purine chemistry of beer helps.  Stouts and Lagers are the worst to drink, but cooking with them alters the purine uptake due to heating.  However, I've found Porters to be the best, and I don't know why...  Any thoughts?</description>
