Memorial Day beer and food pairings

Memorial day is the unofficial start of “Grilling Season” - with that in mind, here are some cookout recipes and the beers we recommend pairing with them. If good people drink good beer, then good people also pair great grilled food with great beer, too! All these recipes have come from the Food Network (from Emeril, Bobby Flay, Alton Brown, Rachael Ray, etc.).

Pulled pork BBQ sandwiches with Doggie Style Classic Pale Ale

Beer Simmered Brats cooked and paired with Gonzo Imperial Porter

Buffalo Wings paired with Old Scratch Amber Lager

Smoked Ribs paired with Double Dog Double Pale Ale (or Doggie Style Classic Pale Ale)

Grilled fish sandwiches paired with Tire Bite Golden Ale
