Flying Dog Canis Minor Beer Dinner Buffet During Craft Brewers Conference
With today’s announcement of the Flying Dog Canis Minor Seriesonline casino, our new low-alcohol brews, we think it’s only fitting to announce the first-ever beer dinner at an ultra-upscale buffet bistro. So if you’re attending the upcoming Craft Brewers Conference in Boston, make plans to help us celebrate this first-of-its-kind line of ultra-premium low-alcohol malted beverages. The kind folks at Up, Up and Buffet! near Harvard Square in Boston, Massachusetts are our hosts for the release party and Beer Buffet on April 24th.
The first course will pair our new Hot Dog Habanero Ginger Ale with the Hors d’oeuvres Bar. Sample this spicy beer alongside delicacies from the four corners of the globe, from Jalapeño stuffed Malaysian Habaneros, to Tater Tot, Fois Gras, and Stilton Casserole, to Pigs In a Blanket.
Next, we’ll have our Raging Bitch Birch Beer to pair with Up, Up and Buffet’s world-renowned Slaw Bar. Pair this White Wine-Infused Radish Slaw, Sauerkraut with Papaya Chutney, and Jicama Slaw made with Lemon-Tarragon Catsup.
The main course of this Beer Buffet will take place at the Entree Bar. Feast on Chicken-Fried Lutefisk Fritters, Caviar-topped Meatloaf, and Cheese Pizza. These courses pair spectacularly with our Herberos Belgian-Style Root Beer Lager.
Finish out this romantic Buffet experience with our UniCorn Dog Sparkling Barley Wine-Style Ale. Culinary delights at the Dessert Bar include Passionfruit Jello with Suspended Trix topped with Whipped Chai Cream Sauce, Seared Tapioca Surprise, and Dark Chocolate Funnel Cakes with Nicaraguan Truffle Oil.
