Beer Dinner at The Hole in the Wall, Perry, NY
Do you live in Western New York? The Hole in the Wall Restaurant and Lounge in Perry, New York and High Falls Brewery are putting on a beer dinner on February 23, 2009. I know how cold it is in that part of New York this time of year, I advise you to have a few beers paired with tasty food from time to time to stay warm.

Roasted beets sliced thin and served with a vodka aspic, orange vinaigrette, crème fraiche and caviar
Paired with Dundee Wheat Beer: An American-style, unfiltered wheat beer. Pale straw in color with a light cloudiness from carefully selected wheat and yeast. Pleasant spicy malt aroma and a crisp hop finish.

Sweet potato soup with sweet potato gnocchi garnished with sweet potato chips and a cinnamon compound butter
Paired with Dundee Original Honey Brown Lager: The famous award-winning founder of the Dundee Ales & Lagers family, Honey Brown has a deep, golden color and a smooth, full-bodied flavor with just a hint of honey on the palate.

Traditional Pot Roast
Paired with Dundee Pale Bock Lager: A traditional German Maibock with a deep, golden color, malty-sweet aroma, and clean finish from Magnum and Czech Saaz hops.
Dessert
Parsnip and nutmeg cake with a brown butter icing and house made vanilla bean ice cream
Paired with Dundee Porter: Big and malty flavor from aromatic dark-roasted grains balanced by a subtle hint of hops. It has a deep color and rich caramel flavor.
