Flying (hot) Dogs
Ross Henrickson of Fort Collins, CO hooked us up with a great-looking recipe for some Brew Dogs, complete with homemade Brewer’s Catsup and Brewer’s onions. He was a little shy about sharing this with us, but we are stoked to get this recipe! Seems like a perfect thing to pair with the exciting football games this weekend!

I guess I’m a little bit modest about sharing recipes with pros, but as a big fan of beer and food, I thought you might like to give this a try due to both its name and nature. Also perfect for the football season.
I suppose a good match for drinking would be Flying Dog Old Scratch Amber Lager; however, being the hophead that I am (I save the lagers for cooking) I would definitely go for Snake Dog IPA, my rationale being that the bitterness compliments the sweetness of the brewers ketchup and onions.
