Do not let pairing beer and cheese scare you
Beer and cheese make for one of the classic pairings in history (see also: beer and chocolate). And leave it to the cheeseheads of Wisconsin to develop a cool flash-based website called the Wisconsin Cheese Cupid. The Cheese Cupid is dedicated to helping people pair cheese with a variety of libations, from beer to wine to scotch. Although it doesn’t give you an expansive list of every style of beer, it’s definitely a good starting place to help you decide what style of cheese to serve with some of your favorite brews.
